My vision is to help clients reconnect with their inner resilience, heal from past wounds, and cultivate a greater sense of balance and well-being in their lives."
Abigail integrates holistic practices with evidence-based approaches such as person-centered and solution-focused therapy. She provides well-rounded care by honoring the mind–body connection and supporting clients in strengthening their overall well-being.
She works with adults navigating a wide range of challenges—from everyday stressors to the lasting effects of trauma—and tailors her approach to each individual’s needs. Drawing on her training in attachment-focused EMDR, as well as polyvagal-informed interventions, Abigail creates a safe and gentle space for trauma processing. She believes in the power of deep connection and is dedicated to helping clients rediscover resilience and wholeness.
Beyond her clinical work, Abigail is a certified yoga instructor and service dog trainer—roles that reflect her commitment to holistic healing. Her service dog, June, often joins her in the office, offering comfort and grounding as part of the therapeutic environment.
