Alex specializes in working with adults who have complex trauma, dissociation, childhood attachment wounds, and chronic pain. She believes that trauma wounds are stored in the nervous system and that these wounds can be fully healed, allowing clients to honor their inner needs while balancing the external demands of life. 

Alex is a neurodivergent therapist who is passionate about inclusion, and enjoys supporting parents, caregivers, neurodiverse adults, and LGBTQIA+ folx. 

In EMDR Therapy, Alex artfully blends attachment-focused EMDR with other evidence-based therapies like Ego States Therapy, ACT, CBT, and polyvagal interventions. Clients will experience deep, meaningful connections internally as well as improve relationships with others restoring hope for the future.

As an EMDR Certified Therapist and Consultant, Alex offers individual and group consultation to help other therapists grow and reach their certification goals while balancing their own needs.
