In EMDR Therapy, Alex artfully blends attachment-focused EMDR with other evidence-based therapies like Ego States Therapy, ACT, CBT, and polyvagal interventions. Clients will experience deep, meaningful connections internally as well as improve relationships with others restoring hope for the future.
