Becca is a trauma-informed therapist who prioritizes compassion, shared humanity, and relational safety in her work with clients. Through the use of unconditional positive regard, Becca’s goal with clients is to expand their capacity for self-compassion in order to reprocess painful traumatic memories and restore a secure home within themselves.

Becca specializes in working with adult females who have experienced childhood trauma, sexual trauma, and narcissistic abuse. She blends the modalities of somatic processing, Ego State Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to optimize restorative healing. 
 
As an EMDR therapist, Becca leans on attachment-focused interventions to gently support clients through trauma processing. She emphasizes polyvagal tenets and intrapersonal connection in order for clients to experience hope and freedom from their painful life experiences.
